TWO COMPONENT ROAD MARKINGS PAINT
Two component road marking paint is an excellent solution for enhancing traffic safety, particularly for crosswalks, stop and slow down markings. It is also highly suitable for various applications such as factory and carpark grounds, airports, and racetracks.
This type of road marking paint is known for its exceptional physical and chemical strength. It is created by adding hardeners to the paint in specific ratios, resulting in a product that hardens upon application through an exothermal reaction and adheres firmly to the surface, ensuring long-lasting durability.
The thickness of the paint film can be adjusted between 1 mm and 5 mm. Due to its high strength, the paint maintains its effectiveness for an extended period of time. The drying process is facilitated by a chemical reaction that occurs when the powdery hardener is blended with the liquid road marking paint at a ratio of 1-2%. It is crucial to initiate the application within 5-7 minutes after blending the hardener to ensure optimal results.
We manufacture three types of two-component road paint: flat, structured, and profile.
